Il Comitato di Prima Lega ha definito la ripartizione dei gironi per la stagione agonistica 2023-2024
Mentre la Hoval Promotion League (con il nuovo sponsor che prende il posto di YAPEAL) manterrà 18 partecipanti, la Prima Lega Classic sarà nuovamente suddivisa in tre raggruppamenti da 16 squadre ciascuno. Ecco, di seguito, il dettaglio di terzo e quarto livello del pallone rossocrociato.
